Doing homework with Dad

Logan practices handwriting and his sight words. He also reads his predictable books. Mrs. Lucas said that Logan was good reasoning abilities with numbers.

Scenes from Wild West Days.

Check out the beautiful colors from the bushes in the front of our house. The window pictures were the extent of our decorating for Halloween.

Logan working in his office with dad.

Logan's first day of school at Brush Creek Elementary.

More construction scenes. Logan and I went to the lumber yard for a scrap piece of wood. Then we used a real drill to make holes for screws and nails. Logan than painted his work.

Pappa, ma'ma, Nathan and Logan playing Glucksparaten (German for Lucky Pirate).

Logan in his new Ti-kwan-do uniform.

The family is in Vail Village. The Gore Range is in the background.

More Scenes from the Summer

Scenes from Sylvan Lake and Logan's surrogate dog, Petey. Petey is our neighbor's dog. He's a retired sheep dog. I am glad that Logan has Petey!

Scenes from Days Gone By

Ma'ma helping Logan transplanting Logan's garden into larger pots. Logan grew lots of cherry tomatoes. The pepper plants and squash needed much larger pots. Perhaps next year we'll construct a raised bed garden. Logan would LOVE that!

In another scene Ma'ma is helping Logan make a Lowe's project. Logan loves these projects from Auntie Pat!

The other scenes are from days after camp during the summer. I signed Logan up for tri-athalon camp. Swimming was his favorite part-no surprise.

2011 has brought many changes. Many of these changes have caused life to be busier-too busy for this mom. There is no time for myself and no time for things such as blogs. Nevertheless, here are some scenes from the summer onward. Enjoy!
