Logan had a grand birthday!
He proudly wore his birthday ribbon announcing that April 29th was his "B Day". The moment he walked into school, he was greeted with many birthday wishes from friends and teachers including Susan and Jacqui. Mom brought the fishbowl cupcakes for his friends to decorate. Logan graciously smiled as the class sang "Happy Birthday" and in one breath blew out his candle. Immediately following the festivities at school, he was eager to leave so he could open his presents. It took him only minutes to open everything! He was anxious to use and play his new computer, his new animal figures and habitats, his scooter and helmet and his adventure equipment. After a brief dinner, we ate ice cream cake. There was no need to slice the cake. Logan simply ate from it. The day was also commemorated by 14 inches of snow! The next day we continued the birthday celebration with a swim at the Rec Center!Friday, April 30, 2010

He looks so big. We wish we were there to help celebrate his 4th birthday. He looks a little shy what with every one looking at him during his school party. What a good idea with the cupcakes and the children able to decorate them. Cudos to the parents making the birthday a lesson theme complete with lesson plan and music.
ReplyDeleteWe miss everyone so much and will see you all very soon, one way or the other. In Colorado or Rhode Island.
